Summary
Yeti Casino is a straightforward online casino. Their website is basic, but they offer an excellent selection of games.
The company behind Yeti Casino are also well known for dedicating energy to support.
They only offer a casino (so no sportsbook or poker room), which is a bit disappointing. But if you're looking for a standard roulette casino with good reviews and pays out on time, Yeti Casino is a fine choice.
Company: Good
- L&L Europe Ltd
- Northfields App 7, Vjal-Indipendenza Street, MOSTA, MST 9026, Malta
- Malta
- 2024 years old
Licenses:
Yeti Casino is run by L&L Europe Ltd, which was established in 2011. Yeti Casino itself was established in 2017, but the parent company has been running casinos for longer. Some other online casinos they run include:
- All British Casino
- Casino Casino
- Fun Casino
- and a few other lesser-known ones...
I don't know too much the actual company behind the casino, but they have had a good track record and I can recommend any casino operated by L&L Europe Ltd to anyone looking to gamble online.
The parent company's website is a bit vague and corporate-sounding, so it doesn't give you a lot to go on:
L&L Europe Ltd was established by two iGaming professionals with more than twenty year’s combined experience working within the industry.
Still, track record is all that counts in online gambling, and this one is fine. The company's casinos are also held in high regard on the CasinoMeister forums (in addition to winning "Best Casino Group" in both 2018 and 2019), which is about as good a seal of approval as you can get in this industry.
L&L Europe Ltd are licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority, which is the strictest gaming license in the world (it's the gold standard when it comes to licenses for online gambling). Furthermore, they are also licensed by the Great Britain Gambling Commission (for UK customers), which is a license that not even some of the largest European casinos look to obtain.
So overall; Yeti Casino is well-licensed, has a good track record, and has no problems.
It's a shame that the parent company isn't more personable, but as long as I get paid my winnings that's all the personality I need.
Website: Okay
A clean website with a modern, responsive design. In all honesty the design of the Yeti Casino website was the first thing that attracted me to this casino, as it's uncommon to find online casinos with such flat layouts and bold colors.
Most importantly, the website contains no images of young female croupiers winking at you, or vibrant banner advertisements with flashing bonus offers; it's just a list of casino games with a blue Yeti logo at the top of the page.
You can get on with gambling, and the website keeps out of your way.
However, I don't like that deposit options are always shown to you immediately after logging in, even if you already have money in your account. At best it's an annoyance, and at worst it's an underhand tactic that encourages you to deposit more money than necessary.
Furthermore, the website doesn't load as fast as it should. There's a noticeable delay before each page loads, and the layout shifts so much underneath your mouse you're afraid to click anywhere while you wait. It's a chore to move between casino games, and the website is frustrating to use at times because of it.
So I like the design of the website, but the usability could be better.
Mobile: Good
- Mobile: Yes
- iPhone App: Yes
- Android App: Yes
Yeti Casino works well on mobile thanks to their responsive website design.
It's not the pinnacle of mobile design, but it's good enough to get the job done without any problems. It's easy enough to log in, search, and browse for games without the website breaking or doing anything unexpected.
Many of the casino games provided have been optimized to work well on mobile devices to, including the live roulette tables:
Yeti Casino also has an iOS and Android app that you can download, which is cool. However, these are not native apps that have been designed from scratch for smartphones; they are basically the "website version" of the casino contained inside a downloadable app. So in effect, the apps are no better than just visiting the casino through your mobile browser.
Nonetheless, Yeti Casino is a decent option if you primarily gamble on the move.
It's not all perfect, but it's fast enough and it works.
Games: Excellent
Roulette Variants:
- Live Roulette: No
- Racetrack: No
- La Partage / En Prison: No
Providers:
Yeti Casino has an excellent selection of roulette games.
They have all the variants of roulette that you want (i.e. European, French) as well as the ones you don't (e.g. American, Bonus Roulette). They've licensed games from multiple big providers, so there's no shortage of roulette options available.
It's best to avoid the non-standard variants of roulette. They typically have a worse house edge (despite having attractive win multipliers), but they can be fun if you fancy a change of pace.
So overall Yeti Casino has a wide variety of the most popular games available from different providers.
But then again, this is only to be expected from an operator that focuses solely on running a casino with no sportsbook or poker offering.
Banking: Good
Payment Methods:
- Deposit Time: Day
- Payout Time: Day
Deposits can be made without ID, but they will usually ask for multiple personal documents (ID, bank statement, proof of address) before you are able to make your first withdrawal. I prefer it when companies ask for these documents before accepting deposits.
Yeti Casino operates a classic cashier offering all of the most common payment options, such as Debit Card, Bank Transfer, and online wallets like Skrill and Neteller. The only major deposit option they no longer accept is PayPal (but Skrill and Neteller are decent alternatives).
Yeti Casino doesn't accept bitcoin as a deposit/withdrawal option. This is because they have gone down the official route to running their casino in terms of regulation, and cryptocurrencies are still a little too new and risky for the likes of a company operating under multiple strict gaming licenses.
But overall it's a solid cashier. Deposits are instant (except for Bank Transfers), and withdrawals are processed within one day.
Bonus: Poor
- 30 days
- 40x Bonus Amount
Slots Only. Only slots contribute to the wagering requirements.
Winnings Trap. You will forfeit all winnings if you make a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements for the bonus.
For example, let's say you deposit €100. You will immediately receive an extra €100 of bonus money in your account (for a total balance of €200).
From here we need to wager 40 x €100 = €4,000
before we can withdraw the bonus money. The wagering requirements kick in from your first bet, and both the money from your deposit and the bonus can be used when trying to hit the wagering requirement.
This wagering requirement must also be met within 30 days, or the entire bonus amount will be forfeited, so it's a pretty tall order and you'll need to get lucky to meet it.
However, table games like roulette do not contribute to the wagering requirements. The only games that contribute toward it are slots. Therefore, the most likely outcome from this bonus is forming an addiction to playing slots (as opposed to winning extra money from the bonus on offer).
Support: Good
- Live Chat
- [email protected]
- +356 2034 1663 (UK: +44 330 027 2354)
Support at Yeti Casino is very good. It's one of their shining features.
I usually send support requests via email, and all of my questions so far have been answered within 24 hours. They're normally replied to within a few hours, but sometimes it's the early hours of the next day. But either way, if you email support just check your inbox the same time the next day and you should expect to see a reply.
They also have Live Chat, which works well for quicker and simpler questions. Thankfully this is manned by real people (as opposed to annoying bots), and the staff I have spoken to have been fast, knowledgeable and friendly.
As I say, the quality support is the best aspect of Yeti Casino. It feels as though they are still small enough to give you the time of day to answer your questions, whereas some of the bigger casinos just send you around in circles.
In short, support at Yeti Casino is reassuringly good.
Conclusion: F
Yeti Casino is a small, clean, and reliable online casino.
Their deposits and withdrawals are fast, and the support is good. To be honest they tick all the boxes of what a good online casino should be. Their website may seem basic, but as long as you can deposit, gamble, and withdraw your winnings, that's all that matters, and Yeti Casino succeeds in each of these departments.
Their success is down to the fact that they're a small and nimble company. You probably haven't heard of "Yeti Casino" before, but the company behind it (L&L Europe Ltd) clearly know what they are doing. Sometimes smaller companies run tighter operations.
The worst thing about Yeti Casino is that they're just a casino. There's no sportsbook or poker room. But if you're looking to play roulette online, Yeti Casino is a solid choice with a wide selection of games.
